Determination of Anaerobic Threshold by Heart Rate

Abstract
|
|
|
To examine the accuracy for determination of anaerobic threshold (AT) by heart rate, AT determined by heart rate (HRBP) were compared with those determined by lactate(LT) or ventilation variables (VT) in laboratory and field tests.
@ES The following results were obtained.
@EN 1. VO2max was 71.3±4.68ml/kg/min. Maximal heart rate in lab. test and field test were 194.7±7.66 and 194.4±4.78 respectively.
